“We are VERY happy with the repair work that was done on our older home which had a few long-standing repairs. The nasty hole that had to be cut into our kitchen ceiling because of water damage and previous bad patching made me question if it could ever be adequately repaired, but the ceiling is now totally repaired, looks like a brand new ceiling, not a crack or a bump. The cracks in our plaster walls also now show no sign at all that they were ever there, now smooth and perfect. “I needed a cable outlet installed on the principal floor of our home so that we could move our telephone answering machine from the basement. This was not an easy project; two other contractors, including the cable provider, couldn’t figure out how to get it done. TTRR came over and determined that a member of the team, Bill, was the man for the job. Within twenty minutes Bill figured out three different ways to get the job done on my budget. We now have our answering machine on the main floor where it should be. What’s more, to make it all happen, Bill shoveled snow, moved furniture and even fixed a perpetually sticking door.
