Screen Porch

This client wanted to return their enclosed porch to the original style, but still have screens. The new porch is enclosed in screens and has the new corner and post details replicated from historical photos. New concrete steps were poured with the original nosing detail and the raised rotting floor was removed to expose the original concrete on the upper deck. We replaced the steps with concrete to match the original house as well as enhance their durability. The porch door was also replaced with a nicely finished, historically accurate wooden screen door to complete the look.
