Warm Modern Bath

This bathroom earned the NARI Madison 2021 Contractor of the Year Award for Residential Bath $75,001 to $100,000. The goals of this remodel were to remove the old bathtub and create a larger, zero-entry shower while updating the aesthetic to something warmer and more modern. A larger shower with wood-look porcelain tile, niche for toiletries, and dual shower heads occupies a space previously used by the old shower and toilet. The new pocket door and accessory trim was updated to match the finish of the new cabinetry. A larger dual vanity with improved storage provides easy access to small items, keeping countertops free of clutter while matching walnut cabinetry near the shower neatly stores towels and laundry baskets. LED lighting updates and backlit mirrors brighten the space to lend a contemporary flair while the quartz countertops and large format tile complete the modern look.
