Cozy Basement

Thus, an interior perimeter drain tile beneath the basement floor was installed as a preventative measure for water damage, and a radon fan circulates air to evaporate water before it enters the house. Specially designed and constructed retro fit interior walls that insulate and direct possible future water leaks into drain tile and away from places where it could cause damage.
